High Street Shopping Centre is an outdoor open air shopping mall located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The three-level centre includes fashion, food, services and entertainment on the main street shopping level, a large format important anchor tenant – Walmart Supercenter – on the lower level, and office space and an 11-screen Cineplex VIP cinema on the second level. The mall was first opened in 2013 by development group Shape Properties which also owns the nearby Amazing Brentwood. High Street is located just off exit 83 on Highway 1 Trans-Canada and is approximately 8 minutes away from Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) and 15 minutes away from the Huntingdon-Sumas border. The Abbotsford transit bus also has a stop located at High Street. There are also Tesla Superchargers are also located in High Street's lower parking level.
High Street was sold to Primaris an Ontario based company in 2021, which still owns and manages the centre today.[1]

During construction of the centre in 2013, a worker was crushed in a scissor lift and had passed away due to his injuries.[4]
Development
Development around High Street has been increasing with a new residential project currently underway called High Street Village. Highstreet Village is located at 3174 Mt. Lehman Rd. and 30530 Cardinal Ave., just north of Highstreet Shopping Centre. The project was given final approval by council in September 2021. The area will see eight new condo buildings and 157 townhomes.[5]
