Gicaniro I Will was born on 3rd November 1993. Just like many other Rwandese Tutsis, his parents went into exile, finally settling in Uganda refugee camps.

Gicaniro I Will and his family later returned to Rwanda after the end of the 1994 genocide against Tutsi.

He later grew up to become a writer, with over 7 books to his name. Some of his books include; 11 Rules Against Defeat, The 5 Powers, The Opposition Problem, Dominion: Imbalance Of Power -- Cause of Oppression, and more.

In 2019 Gicaniro I Will worked for the Minister of Natural Resources in Suriname in many capacities.
