Gerben IP (legally known as Gerben Perrott, PLLC) is a boutique, Washington D.C.-based intellectual property law firm that specializes in trademark law.
History
[edit]The firm was founded as Gerben Law Firm in 2008 by trademark attorney Josh Gerben.[1] It later rebranded as Gerben IP. As of 2024, the firm employs eight attorneys, four paralegals, and two support staff. Firm partners include Josh Gerben, Eric Perrott, and Kathryn Kent.
Gerben IP's mission is to provide businesses, individuals, and their attorneys a way to protect their growing brands with the help of experienced attorneys and without breaking the bank.
