Genomics 2 Proteins (G2P) is a browser-based portal that maps genetic variants onto three-dimensional protein structures obtained from the PDB and the AlphaFold database. The interface overlays UniProt functional sites, post-translational modifications, conservation scores, and public variant tracks such as ClinVar, gnomAD and HGMD. Users can export combined TSV tables or PyMOL sessions.[1][2]
