History

[edit]

Finhabits was founded in 2016 by Carlos García, a Mexican-American entrepreneur with a background in finance. In 2025, the company launched Emma, an artificial intelligence-powered bilingual financial planner that offers 24/7 personalized financial advice in English and Spanish. Emma provides support for budgeting, investing, and debt management.[6]
