The Financial agency (croatian: Financijska agencija), shortened to just Fina, is the leading Croatian company in providing financial and electronic services. Operational jobs are being done through a system which consists of four regional centers in Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Osijek.

The Financial agency operating under this name goes back to September 2002, but has a 50-year work tradition. The successor to the Financial agency is ZAP (croatian: Zavoda za platni promet) or older SDK (croatian: Službe društvenog knjigovodstva). From the SDK which in the former country had exclusive rights to carry out domestic payment transactions. In 1993 the company grew to ZAP. ZAP is improving in it's technological and organizational terms maintaining the monopoly in the payment transaction field all the way to the year 2002. Extremely high levels of client satisfaction and many positive reviews from domestic and international institutions contributed that ZAP gains the top reputation in the financial market. At the start of the year 2002 the Financial Agency Act was passed, by which the state-owned institution inherits rights, continuing to shape it's business policy in the market.
