As a human rights activist, Fatmir Sena has stood out since 1999, when during the Kosovo exodus he came to the aid of Kosovo Albanians by transporting them from Kosovo and helping them find shelter in the City of Durres.

During these years that Fatmir Sena has been and is the head of the agency, he has cooperated with the state police with the intelligence service with Interpol, Europol and all law enforcement bodies in Albania and all over the world with the members that have offices.
