Submission declined on 25 June 2025 by DoubleGrazing (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

He pursued further executive education at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, as well as programs at the International Space University and Harvard University.

In 2018, Testa co-founded Maana Electric, a startup aiming to produce solar panels[7] and other infrastructure directly from lunar and desert sand[8], receiving recognition for its innovative approach to off-world resource utilization. Maana Electric has developed the "TerraBox" using sand-to-solar‑panel technology for both Earth and moon applications.[9]
"Born in 2018 in Luxembourg after winning the Luxembourg Prize--SpaceStarters Award at the first Space Forum organised in Luxembourg, the space start-up has even chosen to stick its head (and feet) in the sand of Dubai and the Middle East, in line with its development plan".[10]
As a co‑founder of Luxembourg Space Tech Angels, Testa has remarked that “They [the economy ministry] use space resources like F1 in the car industry… This created a lot of momentum,” reflecting the government's strategic approach to space development.[11]

According to him "The age we are living in gives tremendous opportunities for entrepreneurs to materialise their crazy dreams. If they have a crazy idea they should trust it"[16].
