Emmanuel Alio Denis (born 25 February 1999) is a South Sudanese a web developer, content creator, and humanitarian worker. He is best known as co‑founder of Reliable Refugee Storytellers Association [1] and CEO of Dev Horizon (currently in development), Core Team Member of Wikimedia community user group South Sudan, Programs/Communication manager at the Reliable Refugee Storytellers Association, and co‑founder of Keli Boys Comedy, a drama group in the Bidibidi Refugee Settlement.

Early life and background
The birth of Emmanuel Alio Denis occurred on 25 February 1999 in the village of Ojipaku, Kigumba sub‑county, Kiryandongo District, Uganda. His parents fled conflict in South Sudan in early 90s his father is South Sudanese and his mother is a Ugandan. He spent his formative years in Uganda in a small town called kigumba then left to Entebbe in 2005, before later relocating to his home country South Sudan in 2013.
Education and training
he started his early schooling in Nsamizi army nursery and primary school[2] he later completed his "O" level in a refugee settlement. then later through a UNHCR training initiative for refugees, he acquired his vocational certification in automotive bodywork and paint.
He is currently enrolled in formal education to become a humanitarian worker and pursuing a course in community development studies He is also dreaming to become a software engineer while studying through internet-based courses and physical educational facilities.
Career
Dev Horizon (founder & CEO; development stage) is a startup videography and software development company which delivers complete digital solutions with technical training services.
at Reliable Refugee Storytellers Association as a co-founder, Program/communication manager he works to run the organization program processes while supporting new refugee writers and leading multimedia projects which document refugee stories.
As a Core Team Member for Wikimedia South Sudan he help develop free knowledge projects through edit-a-thon organization while establishing partnerships to broaden Wikipedia content about South Sudan.
The drama troupe Keli Boys Comedy on You tube (Co-Founder) operates from Bidibidi Refugee Settlement to deliver original stage and video productions which unite communities and solve social problems through humor. on You tube he uploads his contents together with his team[3]
Humanitarian work
Denis has led and contributed to multiple community‑driven projects focused on digital literacy, gender equity, and disability inclusion among refugee populations. He also serves as a facilitator for refugee‑led storytelling initiatives.
Personal life Residing primarily between Uganda and South Sudan, Denis [4] continues to balance his pursuits in software development with on the ground humanitarian engagement. He is deeply committed to leveraging technology and creative media to empower displaced communities.
