Eleanor Strevens (born 14 December 2006) is a British middle-distance and cross country runner.[1]
Career
[edit]From Eastbourne in Sussex, she is a member of Eastbourne Rovers athletics club from the age of nine years-old and was coached by Chris Voice for nine years. In 2025, whilst representing England, she won the Elgoibar International Cross Country U20 race in Northern Spain.[2]
She finished sixth in the U20 race at the 2024 European Cross Country Championships helping great Britain to win the U20 team gold medal alongside Innes FitzGerald and Jess Bailey in Antalya, Turkey.[3]
Having started at the University of Birmingham in 2024 she began to be coached by Dean Miller. She won the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) short course title and in 2025 at the end of her first year at university was runner-up to Abigail Ives in the BUCS 800 m race.[4]
