- Eamon Bowe** (born February 12, 1974) is an Irish inventor, adventurer, and part-time accordionist, best known for developing the world’s first solar-powered pogo stick and for his controversial expedition to the "lost island" of Crannmor, which later turned out to be a floating pub.

Eamon Bowe was born in a shed behind a sheep farm in County Tipperary, Ireland. According to his autobiography, *I Jumped, Therefore I Am*, he taught himself quantum physics by reverse-engineering cereal box puzzles and watching reruns of *MacGyver* in Gaelic.
