Debolal Gorlosa is an Indian politician from Assam currently serving as the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC), also known as the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council. He represents the Dehangi constituency and is affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).[1][2][3] First elected as CEM in 2016, Gorlosa was sworn in for his third consecutive term in January 2024.[3] His tenure has focused on development initiatives including scholarship schemes, tourism promotion, and infrastructure projects.[4][5][6]
