Commodore International Corporation is an electronics company based in Delaware founded by a number of former Commodore employees and fans in 2025. It's primary product are merchandise and replicas of the original Commodore 64, however it also sells Commodore 64xs.[3] It has signed a share purchase agreement to purchase 47 Commodore trademarks from Commodore Corporation, the Dutch company which previously possessed the trademarks, for a "low seven figure" price.[4][5][6]

It intends on licensing the Commodore name and brand at a flat 6.4% net sales, however also says that it does not intend on enforcing the trademark on people "making compatible products without using official trademarks".[7]

It does not possess Amiga trademarks, however is in "open dialogue with the most relevant rights holder to explore a potential reunion".[7]

Concerns have risen over its use of generative AI.[8]
