Clemens Neven du Mont (born 13 October 1991), born Justin Laurent Clemens Neven du Mont, is an Argentine socialite, author and happiness coach. He is the author of the 2024 self-help book Your Journey to Everyday Happiness: A Short Practical Guide to a Happier Life. He has received public attention in the German press due to his family background and life events.
Early life and education
[edit]Neven du Mont was born in Munich, Germany. He grew up in France and England, later living in Spain before relocating to Argentina. He studied Positive Psychology at EUNEIZ University in Vitoria-Gasteiz and completed coaching training at Nebrija University in Madrid.
Career
[edit]In 2024, Neven du Mont published the book Your Journey to Everyday Happiness: A Short Practical Guide to a Happier Life,[1] which presents tools drawn from coaching and psychology aimed at improving emotional well-being. The book is available from major online retailers.[2]
Media coverage
[edit]Neven du Mont has been the subject of media coverage in Germany due to his family connection to actor Sky du Mont and public interest in his personal life.
