Draft:City Film Days

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

City film days is an annual film festival, with each of edition being dedicated to a different city.[1] For each edition a curator compiles a two-day program of short, documentary, and feature films to draw a cinematic portrait of the city being the pivot of the festival. The contributions highlight the architecture and history of the city, its everyday life and its political and social challenges.[2] City film days are hosted by the non-profit organization 21. Oktober e.V. The first edition of City Film Days (October 19-20, 2024) took place in Berlin and was dedicated to Pristina[3] and curated by the Kosovar film-maker Blerta Haziraj.[4]
