Chandawal Nagar (Hindi: चंडावल नगर) is a village located in Sojat tehsil, Pali district, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is known for its cultural heritage and historical background within the Marwar region.
History
[edit]Local oral traditions suggest the village was founded in the 17th century by Chand Singh Tanwar, a Rajput ruler. Historically, it is believed to have had jurisdiction over 8 nearby villages and served as a local center of trade and agricultural activity.
