Candy Bouquet of St. Albert
[edit]Candy Bouquet of St. Albert is a family-owned specialty candy store located in downtown St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. Established in 1996, the shop is renowned for its wide selection of British confectionery, nostalgic sweets, and custom candy bouquets. It has become a beloved fixture in the community, attracting both local residents and visitors seeking unique treats and gifts.
History
[edit]Candy Bouquet was founded in 1996 and was later acquired in 2000 by Kathie Fisher and Gisele Sinclair. Under their stewardship, the store gained a reputation for its extensive range of British imports and retro candies, serving customers from across Alberta and beyond.
In 2019, after nearly two decades of ownership, Fisher and Sinclair sold the business to Karen and Rick Shermack, a couple new to St. Albert but with prior retail experience. The Shermacks aimed to preserve the store's charm while introducing new products and minor renovations.[1]
In 2025, after 5 years of ownership, Rick and Karen sold the business to Tokini & his wife Eni.
