The British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology (BABAO)[1] has promoted the study of biological anthropology and osteoarchaeology since 1998.[2][3] The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion subgroup was established in 2018.[4] The Trading and Sale of Human Remains Task Force aims to educate practitioners and the public about the ethical, legal and social ramifications associated with the trade of human remains.[5][6]
