Brian Buffini (born June 22, 1967) is an Irish‑born American entrepreneur, real estate coach, motivational speaker, and author. He is best known as the founder and chairman of Buffini & Company.

Early Life

Brian Buffini was born in Dublin, Ireland, on June 22, 1967.[1]At age 19, he emigrated to the United States, settling in San Diego, California, in 1986, where he initially worked modest jobs before entering the real estate industry.[2]

Buffini & Company (1996–present)

In 1996, he founded Buffini & Company in Carlsbad, California, to teach his referral‑based lead generation model to other agents.[3] The company has since become the largest business coaching firm in North America, serving more than 3 million professionals across 45 countries, with approximately 22,000 active members and training over 60,000 individuals annually.[4]

Buffini’s company delivers signature coaching products including One2One Coaching, 100 Days to Greatness, Pathway to Mastery, and the Certified Full‑Service Professional (CFSP) program, introduced in 2024.[5] Reported member earnings average around $369,400 annually, significantly above industry averages.[4]

Buffini is the author of several books, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Amazon bestseller The Emigrant Edge, as well as Work by Referral and The One Thing.[6]

He hosts a long‑running podcast, originally The Brian Buffini Show and now titled It’s a Good Life, offering business and personal development content to an international audience.[7]
