Draft:Brandon M. Robinson
Submission declined on 12 February 2025 by Bearcat (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Comment: Notability cannot be supported by sources self-published by the subject or his company. His own website, the company's own website, and the company's own self-distributed advertorial press releases are not notability-supporting sources, but that accounts for five of the seven footnotes here.
Student media like Excalibur also does not count as WP:GNG-building coverage: it can be sparingly used for additional verification of facts after GNG has already been passed by stronger sourcing, but does not count toward getting a person over GNG in the first place.
So Barrie Today is the only source here that represents a GNG-worthy media outlet writing third party content about him, but that isn't enough to get him over GNG all by itself.
Also please note that if you either personally know or are yourself Brandon Robinson, our conflict of interest rules forbid you from starting an article about him/you yourself. Bearcat (talk) 17:28, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
