Bill Duesing (August 19,1942 - July 12, 2018) was an environmental educator, writer, artist, and lecturer. He was the founding president and later the executive director of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut and president of the NOFA Interstate Council.[1][2]

Many of his papers were donated to UMass Amhearst after his death.[3]

Awards and honors

After his death, the CT NOFA announced the creation of "The Friends of Bill Duesing Fund" and "The Bill Duesing Organic Living on the Earth Award."[4]
