"Bianca" is an unreleased song by American rapper Kanye West, featured on his upcoming twelfth studio album, Cuck. It features uncredited vocals from fellow American rapper Dave Blunts.[1] First previewed on a April 2, 2025 livestream by media personality DJ Akademiks, the song references an alleged incident between West and his wife, Bianca Censori, in which she had split with him due to concerns over his erratic online behavior; West had spent much of February–April making antisemetic statements and attacking various famous figures.
Lyrically, "Bianca" finds West yearning for the return of Censori, who he states had taken a Maybach and drove away. He alleges that Censori had attempted to have him institutionalized, and had a panic attack regarding his posting online.
Publications that commented on the song often described it as disturbing, citing West's stalking of Censori and the line "I guess we the new Cassie and Diddy". Despite the songs content, the two were later seen together in Spain during livestreams for the album.[2]

An older version of the song, previewed on a May 5, 2025 livestream, replaced the line regarding Cassie with "I'm taking my focus off Diddy". This version also had additional Jersey club-themed production added.[5]
