The Battle of Boża Góra (Also known as the Defense of Boża Góra) was a military engagement fought between the forces of the Second Polish Republic and Nazi Germany during the September Campaign on September 1, 1939. The Battle of "Boża Góra" is considered by some to be part of the Battle of Pszczyna.

According to the generals of "Armii Kraków", the purpose of the Polish military operation in the Rybnik district was to delay the attack of German forces.
