Submission declined on 12 June 2025 by CoconutOctopus (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). Tyler Hudson, known professionally as BBY Goyard and previously as Ty Pharaoh[1], is an American rapper. He is known for his experimental music, which has been responsible for popularizing newer trends within the rap genre.[2]
Career
[edit]BBY GOYARD began music at the age of 18, citing bands All Time Low and rappers Chief Keef and Soulja Boy as influences.[3] Initially beginning with a more traditional rap sound, he later began experimenting, particularly with the use of autotune and sped-up vocals.[3]
In 2023, he released the album 4THWALL PT. 2, which featured the single “VETTE SUM (SHANNONGRAM)”. This single was popularised by TikTok and was followed by a 10 city headlining tour. [4] Later that year, he released the album SPIRIT hosted by DJ Smokey and Evil Empire. The first single from the album, CURSEDLIFE, was released with a self-directed music video based on the film Begotten.[4]
In 2024, he toured with metal band Portrayal of Guilt.[2]
