From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Auzmor, Inc. (stylized as Auzmor) is a US-based privately held software company that specializes in human resources and employee learning technology. Auzmor provides a cloud-based employee experience platform that offers a variety of tools for learning management, recruiting, and engagement, all rolled up into one.[1] It also functions as a social intranet and can be used as a stand-alone product or integrated with other Auzmor platforms.

Auzmor's first product is Auzmor Learn, which is a corporate learning management system (LMS) that has course authoring built in as well as a library of over 70,000 training courses.[2] Auzmor has additional modules that extend the platform to other HR functional areas: Auzmor Hire is an applicant tracking system (ATS), and Auzmor Office is a social intranet for internal communication and employee engagement.

Auzmor's headquarters is in Clive, Iowa, part of the Des Moines metro area. The company, founded in 2017, serves government and enterprise clients, including the State of Colorado, the State of Kansas, and Amazon.[3]

History

[edit]

Auzmor's founders Darryl Christopher Jose (CEO), Zeinab (Zee) Asghari, Bhanu Prakash Valluri, and Gowtham Rupavatharam started the company in April 2017. These founders are all prior colleagues and seasoned technology entrepreneurs. Auzmor's first product, Auzmor Learn, launched around 2019–2020 as a cloud-based LMS to support corporate training. They bootstrapped most of the growth, and in late 2024 opened a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) campaign on StartEngine.[4][5][6]
