They manufacture all of the red dot plates from a hardened heat treated steel for the best possible outcome for flatness, rigidity, toughness, and holding zero with optics. They a have an expanding line of other innovative products like adjustable offset mounts that adjust in 15 degree increments instead of being locked at 45 degrees.
