The Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Journal (APIAJ) [1]was founded in Singapore on August 18, 2024.

It is an English-language journal jointly established by the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber and the Macao Institute Of International Arbitration. (ISSN: 3006-7235)

It aims to study issues related to the field of arbitration from an international perspective, provide cutting-edge arbitration information and research results, and publish academic articles on international arbitration research.[2]

The Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC) is officially registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore, following initial approval from Singapore Ministry of Law. Guided by APIAC(Singapore), arbitration institutions have been set up in Montreal (Canada), Jakarta (Indonesia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and Hong Kong S.A.R. (China). These institutions are dedicated to providing efficient, fair, cost-effective, and convenient international arbitration services for commercial disputes arising from Asian trade cooperation and conflicts between China and ASEAN countries.[4]

The Macao Institute Of International Arbitration(MIIA), as a non-profit-making organization established in Macao according to law, has always been committed to the principle of loving the country and Macao. It actively responds to the policies of the Macao SAR Government, fulfills the responsibility of serving the society with academics, and endeavors to do a good job in the publicity and promotion of arbitration in Macao. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting the culture of arbitration, stimulating the teaching, scientific research, and personnel training of arbitration, and facilitating the high-quality development of arbitration in Macao.[6]
