Arbab Amir Hassan (Urdu: ارباب امير حسن; was a Pakistani politician who served as the Member of National Assembly of Pakistan from 1970 to 1990 and Union Council's Chairman. Arbab Amir Hassan is a great name in Thar politics as well as a strong reference to Thar's folk wisdom. Arbab Amir Hassan, representing an era of Thar, has paved the way for the future by embracing the continuity of centuries. he also knew how to smell the soil of Malir at the first rays of the sun. He was a person in appearance, but an institution in his essence and actions. He could name heroes like Surkh Sowar, from Hansi Sodho and Dodo Soomro to Arbab Taj Muhammad Shaheed. He was completely Thar. , he did not allow the rule of robbers to establish itself on the land of Thar. No kidnapping industry could be established in Thar. In Thar, no ordinary or special person ever got the wrath of a robber, nor did anyone ever ask for a scythe or a whip. In Thar, no farmer's son ever took up arms, if he did, he took up a pen, if he did, he took up tools for art. If he did, he took steps to embark on the path of progress. Arbab Amir Hassan died on September 15, 2007. He was laid to rest in his native village of Kaitalari. Arbab Amir Hassan left this earth after reaching his natural age, but he left behind a sad Thar desert. There is a statue of Wingo, who left this mortal world on the way of duty while performing the duty of protecting the kings of Thar. <ref|url=https://www.na.gov.pk/uploads/former-members/7th%20National%20Assembly.pdf }}</ref>
