Anuradha Mondal, student & author of CUET-UG History Simplified !

Anuradha Mondal (born 15 February 2007) is an Indian student and author best known for her academic book CUET-UG History Simplified !, which gained recognition for being listed across several international book platforms. She is noted for making academic content more accessible to students, particularly in the subject of history.

Early life and education

Anuradha was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. She graduated in 2024 from PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Saltlake, Labony, affiliated with the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), with a CGPA of 8.5 from the Humanities stream.

In the same year, she achieved a perfect score of 200/200 in History in the CUET-UG 2024, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), a nationwide examination for admission to Indian universities.

Writing career

In 2025, while studying in college, Anuradha wrote and self-published the academic book CUET-UG History Simplified !. It was originally intended as a study aid for fellow students preparing for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), particularly in the subject of history. The book aimed to simplify complex historical concepts and promote a deeper, story-driven understanding of the subject.
