Draft:Anton Glotser
Submission declined on 15 June 2025 by CoconutOctopus (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Early life and education
[edit]Glotser was born in Moscow, Russia, and moved to the United States at age 11. He earned a dual degree in Business Management and Finance from CW Post Long Island University. [edit]Real estate and early ventures
[edit]After graduating in 2005, Glotser began his career in real estate, building a $3 million portfolio within three years. In 2008, however, he lost his assets during the financial crisis and was laid off from his position at Noble Trading, a hedge fund headquartered in New York City. During this challenging period, he briefly pursued acting, landing small roles in TV shows like Life on Mars and (2009 TV series) Cupid, where he met singer-actress Josephinne Zelaya, later known artistically as JOZE.
He relocated to Florida in 2009 and rebuilt his real estate holdings, regaining millionaire status by 2012. Returning to New York, he served as Lead Acquisitions Manager at Guta Group, a top Russian conglomerate. In 2013 he launched a real estate brokerage career in New York. In 2015, he got involved in oil and gas, acquiring over 100 wells in Oklahoma before exiting the sector in 2021. Additionally, he co-founded Kuka Beer, and developed the best-selling banana beer in the New York Tri-State area and the only craft beer available at LaGuardia Airport during its peak. Using his profits from real estate he became an executive producer of two Hollywood movies.
Blockchain and DelNorte
[edit]In 2017, recognizing the synergy between land titles and blockchain, Glotser founded DelNorte Holdings inc. to digitize and tokenize public records and real estate assets via blockchain infrastructure. From 2021 to 2025, DelNorte secured government contracts in:
- Honduras (Olanchito municipality) - El Salvador (Perulapía municipality) - Mexico (Nombre de Dios, Durango) - Brazil (Rondônia municipality)
In May 2025, DelNorte launched the $DTVc Token on #MEXC crypto exchange. A government-endorsed digital token used to access its Terra Vision CRM platform and record and transfer land title data securely on the blockchain. In the official announcement, Glotser noted that “this is real, working technology addressing trillion‑dollar challenges.”
