American Riviera Bank is a community bank that opened on July 18, 2006 in Santa Barbara, California, and has seven branches located in Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County.
History
[edit]American Riviera Bank was founded in 2006.[1]
American Riviera Bank completed its initial public offering (IPO) in 2006 and has since operated as a publicly traded community bank under the ticker symbol ARBV on the OTCQX market.[2]
American Riviera Bank announced it will merge with The Bank of Santa Barbara in 2015[3] and completed the acquisition of The Bank of Santa Barbara ("BSB") with assets of $177 million in 2016.[4][5][6][7][8]
American Riviera Bank expanding into San Luis Obispo county with the opening of a branch in Paso Robles on 2018.[9] The Bank further expanded by added a second full-service branch in San Luis Obispo in 2019.[10]
American Riviera Bancorp Formation in 2022.[11][12]
The Bank opened its 6th branch in Santa Maria, CA in March 2023.[13]
