Air Kosova is a planned airline based in Shtiqën, Kukës County, Albania.
History
[edit]Air Kosova is founded on 30 December 2024 by Global Technical Mechanics SHPK, the company that owns Kukës International Airport Zayed. On 8 May 2025, during the inauguration of Vlora International Airport, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that the airline was created to ensure continued flight operations at Kukës International Airport Zayed and he referred to the company as a shared source of national pride, alongside Air Albania.[1]
