Ahmad Al-Assir Brigade (Arabic: لواء أحمد الأسيرلواء أحمد الأسير, romanized: Liwa Ahmed al-Assir) it is a militant organization in Lebanon with Sunni ideology
History
[edit]It was founded on May 24, 2025 with a 3-minute video where they demand the release of Ahmed al-Assir, attack the Assadist remnants in Syria, Hezbollah, Israel and United States and oppose the Christian, Druze and Shia religions describing them as "Stone in the shoe of Lebanon", they claimed to have cells in Ain al-Hilweh, Sidon, Arsal, Baalbek and Beirut[1][2][3][4]
