The company has seven facilities -- six in Santo Domingo and one in Trinidad. These centers support English and Spanish language services. Advensus serves industries, including cable and telecom, healthcare, financial services and insurance, consumer goods, retail, business services, education, travel, and entertainment, as well as logistics.
Advensus CEO, Thomas Oronti, became a frequent commentator on the contact center industry in the Dominican Republic.[1][2]
In August 2016, it was announced that The Assembly of the Dominican Association of Free Zones (ADOZONA) unanimously elected Thomas Oronti, CEO of Advensus Contact Centers, as Executive Member of the Board and Head of the Call Center Commission.[3]
In March 2024, Advensus launched the Clean Rivers DR Foundation, aiming to protect, restore, and clean the rivers of the country, beginning with the iconic Isabela River.[4]
In February 2025, the company announced its newest location in Trinidad and Tobago.[5]
