Samuel Émile Jammes Ullmann (24 November 1844[1] - 13 December 1902[2]) better known as Émile Ullmann was a French architect. He was a nephew of the painter Benjamin Ulmann (1829-1884).
Life
[edit]Born in Paris, he gained his diploma from the Beaux-Arts de Paris and in 1871 won the Prix de Rome for architecture. He then became architect to the consistory and to the City of Paris. He died in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.

- Kindergarten for the Institut départemental des jeunes aveugles de la Seine, Saint-Mandé, 1898.
- Château d'Armainvilliers, 1880-1900.
- School for deaf-mutes, known as the Institut Baguer, Asnières-sur-Seine, 1901-1906.
- École rue de l'Arbalète, Paris, from 1898, including its small theatre.
