Doctoranytime
Doctoranytime is a Greek health-tech platform founded in 2012. It provides digital healthcare services including online appointment booking, teleconsultations, and instant doctor chat. The platform is designed to improve healthcare access, transparency, and patient engagement.[1][2]
History
[edit]Doctoranytime was initially launched in Athens and quickly expanded across Greece, partnering with doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.[3] As of 2025, it has served over 5 million registered users and lists more than 50,000 doctors across participating countries. Today, it is present in multiple international markets including Belgium, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, and Cyprus.[4]
Through its website and platform, users can search for healthcare providers by specialty, location, availability, and pricing.[5] Patients are able to read verified reviews, compare professionals, and book appointments either in person or via video consultation.[6] Additionally, the platform offers a subscription-based service for instant messaging with general practitioners.[7]
Doctoranytime also offers a software solution under the same name for healthcare professionals.[8] This SaaS product helps doctors manage their online calendars, organize their medical practice, and streamline patient interactions.[5] It serves as the backend system powering many of the services patients interact with on the Doctoranytime platform.[9]
The company collaborates with healthcare professionals by offering digital tools that streamline scheduling, patient communication, and administrative workflows. Its aim is to support both patient empowerment and provider efficiency.[9]
Doctoranytime continues to grow its presence across Europe and Latin America, expanding its digital infrastructure to improve access to timely and high-quality medical care.[10]
