David L. Isom is an American naval officer. He assumed his duties as Command Senior Enlisted Leader for United States Indo-Pacific Command on June 30, 2022. In April 2025, he was selected to serve as the 6th Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman (SEAC) of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.[1]
