Christie Grobbelaar (born 15 June 2000) is a South African rugby union player.[1]

He competed for the South Africa national rugby sevens team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, where South Africa won gold, [2][3][4][5][6][7] and at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris,[8][9] where they defeated Australia to win the bronze medal final.[10][11]

Grobbelaar was named on the bench for the Sharks during the 2024 Currie Cup Premier Division, but did not ultimately make an appearance.[12]

He was named in the Sharks squad for the 2025 Currie Cup Premier Division.[13]
