Can 'Cat:Telecommunications by (country)' and 'Cat:Communications by (country)' be flattened into an easier and more basic 'Cat:Electronic communications by (country)'?

Can both ':CategoryTelecommunications by country' -and- ':Category:Communications by country' just be flattened into a more concise ':Category:Electronic communications by country? CaribDigita (talk) 02:11, 17 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
