ABA All-Star players were players that played in at least one ABA All-Star Game from 1968 until 1976 before going defunct as a part of the 1976 NBA–ABA merger. Some players that participated in the ABA All-Star Game also played in some of the NBA–ABA All-Star Games as well. In addition to that, some of the ABA's All-Stars were also players of the 1975–76 Denver Nuggets roster as well due to the unique circumstances relating to the 1976 ABA All-Star Game, meaning a select few of those players from that year's game technically count by association as well.
