Carl Ervin Cianchette (August 27, 1919 – April 21, 1997) was an American politician who served as a member of the Executive Council of Maine from 1965 to 1967 and from 1975 until the body's abolition in 1977. He was the last chairman of the Council.[1] A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served in the Maine House of Representatives and Maine Senate.[2]
