Brudzew [ˈbrud͡zɛf] is a village in Turek County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Brudzew.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Turek and 120 km (75 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań. It is notable for being the home city of astronomer, philosopher and diplomat Albert Brudzewski born 1455.
