Austin in a neoclassical style.[3] It consists of six bedrooms and four bathrooms.[4] Over the years, it was used as a film set and even a haunted house during a "interactive horror play" called Delusion: The Blood Rite.[1] In 2013, it was put up for sale with its neighbor, 2200 S. Harvard Blvd., for an asking price of $2.45 million.[4]
