"Bad Decisions" is a song by American rock band, Hinder.[1] The song serves as the fourth single from their upcoming seventh studio album, Back to Life. "Bad Decisions" was released digitally on April 25, 2025, via Evil Teen Records.[2]
Background
[edit]Following a seven-year gap since their previous studio album, The Reign (2017), Hinder began releasing new material in anticipation of their seventh studio album, Back to Life. After signing with Evil Teen Records in 2024, the band gradually rolled out singles to promote the upcoming release. These included "Live Without It" in September 2024, "Everything Is a Cult" in November 2024, and "Bring Me Back to Life" in March 2025, the latter coinciding with the album's official announcement for a May 23, 2025 release.[3]
"Bad Decisions" was announced on April 21, 2025, as a promotional single and the fourth overall single from the album. The song was officially released on April 25, 2025, across major music streaming platforms, serving as part of the promotional buildup ahead of the album's debut.[4][5]

[edit]As of April 26, 2025, "Bad Decisions" has not appeared on any major Billboard music charts, however has appeared on the "Top rock songs" list on Spotify and iTunes.[6]
