Astal Kenar (Persian: استل كنار, also Romanized as Astal Kenār) is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District, in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 131, in 49 families.[1] Down from 158 in 2006.[2]
