Kan Guy Arsène Kouassi (born 11 September 2004) is a Burkinabé professional football player who plays as a left-back for Ajaccio. Born in the Ivory Coast, he plays for the Burkina Faso national team.

Career

A youth product of New Stars FC, Kouassi moved to Ajaccio's academy in 2021 and was promoted to their reserves in 2022.[1] He made his senior and professional debut with the senior Ajaccio side in a 4–1 Coupe de France win over Toulouse Métropole FC on 19 November 2023.[2] On 4 September 2024, he signed his first professional contract with Ajaccio until 2027.[3]

International career

Born in the Ivory Coast, Kouassi is of Burkinabé descent and holds dual Ivorian-Burkinabé citizenship.[1] He was called up to the Burkina Faso national team for a set of 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification matches in March 2025.[4]
