Anthony D. Williams (born 1974) is a Canadian consultant, researcher, and author. With Canadian business executive and author Don Tapscott, Williams co-authored two books: Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything (2006),[1] and Macrowikinomics: New Solutions for a Connected Planet (2010).[2] With Dan Herman,[3] Williams co-founded (2012) the Canadian think tank The Centre for Digital Entrepreneurship and Economic Performance (DEEP Centre), in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and is president as of 2025.[4]

Williams is a vice president of research with international think tank New Paradigm. His work has been featured in publications including Business Week, The Globe and Mail, and the Times of India.

From the London School of Economics, Williams holds a Master's degree in research in political science and is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in the Government Department.
