Alvania piersmai is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Rissoidae.[1]

Description

The length of the shell attains 1.8 mm, while the width attains 1.1 mm.

The protoconch of the shell has few turns. Its apex is smooth and forms 7-8 weaker spirals.[2]

Distribution

This species occurs in the Atlantic Ocean off the Canary Islands.
