All-Star Variety Show
"All-Star Variety Show" is the first episode of the third season of the American television series RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.[1][2][3][4][5] It originally aired on January 25, 2018.

Ten former contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race enter the Werk Room. For the first mini-challenge, the contestants "read" (or playfully insult) each other. BenDeLaCreme wins the mini-challenge.
For the main challenge, the contestants perform a talent show in front of the judges and a live audience. Following are the acts:
- Aja - Lip-syncing and dancing
- BeBe Zahara Benet - Lip-syncing and African Tribal dancing
- BenDeLaCreme - Burlesque
- Chi Chi DeVayne - Baton twirling
- Kennedy Davenport - Dancing
- Milk - Singing and velcro
- Morgan McMichaels - Lip-syncing
- Shangela - Lip-syncing
- Thorgy Thor - Violin
- Trixie Mattel - Autoharp and singing
Vanessa Hudgens is a guest judge. On the runway, Aja, BenDeLaCreme, Shangela and Thorgy Thor receive positive critiques, and Aja and BenDeLaCreme are announced as the top two contestants. Chi Chi DeVayne and Morgan McMichaels receive negative critiques and are announced as the bottom two contestants. Aja and BenDeLaCreme face off in a lip-sync to "Anaconda" by Nicki Minaj. BenDeLaCreme wins the lip-sync and decides to eliminate Morgan McMichaels from the competition.
