Ali al-Amoudi

Ali al‑Amoudi is a senior Hamas official and the Head of the Media department of Hamas. He also appears as a spokesperson for the group and oversees messaging that frames Hamas narratives that is tactical and ideological.[1][2]

Biography

He regularly represents Hamas in press statements and major public rallies, emphasizing resistance narratives and the ideological framing of conflicts, including calls for defense and liberation of the Al‑Aqsa Mosque.[3]

He denounces Israeli actions against Palestinian journalists as deliberate attempts to suppress evidence and terrorize media professionals.[4]

In 2021, he expressed military actions such as the Qassam Brigades "Sword’s Edge" battle as turning points in conflict, he described such campaign as a major transformation in the battle against the enemy.[5]

He is identified as the Nine of Spade in the Hamas most wanted playing cards.
